Victor Castillo

Designer

Victor began his career working as a merchandiser and events coordinator for international designer Elie Tahari while still a student at Boston's School of Fashion Design. In this role he was fortunate enough to create collaboration events with publications such as W, Vanity Fair, and Forbes magazines. Switching focus from fashion to interior design, Victor has spent the greater part of the last five years at Pottery Barn brand as a merchandiser, an in house designer, as well as the events and to the trade specialist. Recently returning from San Francisco and Big Island, HI. where he worked as the Studio Manager for Henderson Design Group SF. Victor worked with Henderson and Salamat Furniture to launch the Florence Broadhurst collection during San Francisco Design Week in 2016. Victor draws on his theater background to add drama to his design work, working on and back stage for Utah Festival Opera, Opera Idaho, Northern Plains Ballet, Maine State Music Theatre, and Disney World Resorts.. Excited to be at San Francisco Design and in Utah close to family and friends and the mountains.
